EHS training
Welcome to Borregaard!
Our safety targets are zero accidents, zero fires, and no significant spillage. We prioritise your safety and have developed three distinct EHS courses tailored to your specific assignment at Borregaard.
- EHS training for visitors: For visitors or personnel performing simple tasks.
- EHS training for MRO personnel: For those involved in maintenance, repair or operations.
- EHS training for hazardous goods (ADR) drivers and crews
Your contact person at Borregaard will inform you which course you need to complete.
How to PROCEED
We have a new e-learning platform, and the EHS course format has changed. Both new and returning course participants must create a new user account.
- The first time you take the EHS course on the new platform, you must register as a new user. Click on the link for your preferred language:

- It is important that the email address matches the one you provided your contact person at Borregaard, as it is linked to your access card.

- Select the EHS course specified by your contact person.
- Once registered, you will receive an email from no-reply@motimateapp.com with your username and password.
- You will now have your own page in Borregaard's course portal with access to the mandatory EHS course and certificate. Keep the email for easy access to your profile, course content, and completion status.
- You can register and complete the EHS course on both PC and mobile phone.
- Upon arrival at Borregaard, the gate inspector will check your completion status before issuing an access card – it is helpful to have your course certificate (a screenshot is fine).
- The course is valid for one year. You will receive an email reminder when the expiration date approaches if you are still a guest at Borregaard.
