EuroVanillin Supreme compared to oil-based vanillin
EuroVanillin Supreme is a plant-based vanillin from lignin. Borregaard has produced vanillin from Norway spruce since 1962, sourced from sustainably managed forests. EuroVanillin Supreme is the only vanillin on the market certified according to PEFC, based on 100% renewable carbon. EuroVanillin Supreme provides a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to guaiacol vanillin synthesised from crude oil.
The terminology for defining ingredients made from natural and sustainable raw materials is still developing. EuroVanillin Supreme is plant-based but can also be classified as bio-based, renewable carbon and green.
In a world where the market explores more plant based and bio-based alternatives, EuroVanillin Supreme is a reliable choice for your product and a safe option for the planet.
