Pigment Dispersants
Borregaard’s sustainable dispersants are used in a wide range of applications to modify the rheology of aqueous systems for both organic and inorganic pigments, like:
- Carbon black
- Iron oxides
- Organic pigments (anthraquinones, azo, etc.)
- Titanium dioxide
Our biopolymers help you increase milling efficiency and solids loading of water-based systems. These bio-based dispersants control the rheology of your pigments for paint systems and inks for textile printing. They offer good viscosity control by modifying dispersion rheology when used alone or in combination with other dispersants.
Supporting the trend of moving towards water-based pigment solutions to improve sustainability we offer products that are water soluble, non-toxic, safe and environmentally friendly. They can help you improve the sustainability of your products and processes and represent excellent green alternatives to oil-based products.
We also offer sustainable dispersants to the traditional textile dyestuff industry.
